Question:

PC on network, when users try browsing to my PC called \\computer-1, they
get the message " Unable to impersonate using named pipe until data has been
read from that pipe" or " no more connections can be made to this remote
compter at this time because there are already as many connections as the
computer can accept"

I have local Admin rights on \\computer-1, so if I log into any computer on
the network, I can browse to \\computer-1 without errors.

Figure that one out, and you probably have the microsoft source codes.
