I have friend that has a new computer but has no internet.
How dose she register her Windows XP Home Edition?? Thank

you may want to guess what the word "german" as in
"microsoft.public.de.german.windowsxp.registry" means?

Oh, and BTW: he could register by phone, MS provides a toll-free-number for
activation(!), you have to tell XP the correct country and it will provide
you with the number.

Activate, not Register. And the Answer is: Use the Phone, Luke.
