I have a Content Kompression Problem with IE 5.1.
The following szenario occurs:
When I enable the Content Compression on the Server, the Client NT 4.0
(IE5.1 Sp1) didn't expand the content on the client. I suspect the urlmon.dll
because I found an artcle for IE6 and IE5.5 with the same problem.
I have also another phanomenum:
With local administrative rights this failure didn't occur. With simple
userrights this failure occur. Is there an Explanation for that. I set the
user policies on the urlmon.dll to full access, but this semms not the
Problem.
