Hi zusammen,

hab' heute versucht, o.g.

Programm.Das kannst du vergessen. Hab selber 2 Tage damit gekämpft, bis ich
die readme.txt gelesen hab. Da steht:

Installation for Win2000:
=========================

1. The USB composite and audio device are installed by the OS class
installers,
which do not require user interference.
2. The video device installation is started with the opening of the
Found New Hardware wizard.
3. Start the Wizard.
4. Select the option 'Search for a suitable driver for my device
(recommended)'
and select next.
5. Check 'Specify a location' and select next.
6. Fill in: X:\ (X is the drive letter of your CD-Rom drive) in the 'Copy
manufacturer's
files from' select box or browse to your CD-Rom drive. Press OK.
7. After the wizard has found X:\camvid10.inf, press next.
8. In the Digital Signature Not Found warning box, press Yes.
9. If the wizard asks for the Win2000 installation CD-Rom, provides it to
the system.
10. After the message: Windows has finished installing the software for
this device,
press Finish.
11. Check correct installation in the Device Manager (under System
properties).
12. Under 'Imaging Devices' you should find: 'Philips VGA Digital Camera;
Video'
13. Under 'Sound, video and game controllers' you should find 'USB Audio
Device'
14. Under 'Universal serial bus controllers' you should find 'USB Composite
Device'
15. After correct installation you use the InstallShield to install the
applications.

Trouble shooting:
If one of the devices shows a yellow exclamation mark, try a
reinstallation.
Reinstallation:
1. Delete from \Winnt\inf the files named oemx.xxx .
2. Uninstall the USB composite device from the device manager.
3. Disconnect the camera from the USB connector.
3. Select 'scan for hardware changes' from the device manager action menu.
4. Connect the device to the USB connector and follow the above mentioned
steps.

Da hat sich Philips ja wirklich was geleistet.
