How can I show a picture in excel?

- I have the pad to the location of the picture file (.jpg) in one cell.
- The picture has to change each time the content of the above mentioned
cell change.
- The area of the picture must always have the same size. The original size
of the pictures are not always the same so we need to extend the size
automatically to the area that I would like to see.
