Laufzeitfehler in Excel : Showpopup-Methode ist fehlgeschlagen

In einem UserForm erzeuge ich in der Initialize Prozedur
ein Kontextmenü welches dann über die rechte Maustaste des
UserForm-Ereignisses MouseDown aufgerufen wird. Alles funk-
tioniert soweit einwandfrei. Wenn ich allerdings Excel aus-
blende und nur mein UserForm sichtbar ist und dann versuche
mit der rechten Maustaste das Kontextmenü aufzurufen er-
halte ich den Laufzeitfehler: -2147467259(80004005)
Showpopup-Methode für das Objekt CommandBar ist fehlge-
schlagen.
Was kann ich tun um den Bugg zu beseitigen. Oder ist es ein
Fehler der Entwicklungsumgebung ?
Plattform ist Windows 98 mit einem UserForm in Excel 2000.

Ich vermute stark, dass es bei ausgeblendetem Excel
nicht funktioniert.
Hier ein Auszug aus einem Office 2000-How To-Artikel:
"With Office 2000 applications, it is necessary to set the
Visible property to True if you intent to use any part of
the server application's user interface. For example, if you
attempt to use Automation to print preview a range without
first setting the Visible property of the workbook's window to
True, the process may hang or produce a run-time error.
The line, xlApp.Visible = True, allows Excel to display the
Print Preview window."
Ich gehe davon aus, dass ein Popup-Menü ebenfalls des
User Interfaces ist und daher der Aufruf der Methode nicht
korrekt funktioniert.
