Hi
I'm hoping someone may be able to give me some advice on a problem I'm
having when I plug my KENSINGTON VideoCAM into my computers USB port.
Windows 98 automatically recognises that a device has been connected
and installs it as a "unknown Device" in the Unversial Serial Bus
Controller section of the Device manager. When I try to change the
driver to that of the camera, I get the following message "the
specified location dosen't contain information about your
hardware"....but according to the documentation the files in the
folder are the drivers
I've downloaded the lasted updates of the drivers and even tried
reinstalling win98, but neithor has made any difference with simply
the same esult again!
I'm not heavily technically capabile but any suggestions would be
welcome
Thanks
Joe
