Replacing a disk in DPM 2007

The host on server 1 corrupts and can't be repaired or hard
disk fails.
Either way need to restore complete host
Q)What do I need to get the server running again?
Do I need to do a complete clean re-install?
Does the agent need to be re-installed?
If so is there additional configurations
server side
I need to do?
