Agent Install Errors

Hi

Have an issue with installing the DPM 2007 agent on a windows xp pro and
windows vista.

Windows xp error:

Install protection agent on CallCenter.genesis.local failed:
Error 402: When trying to retrieve information from the Windows Management
Instrumentation (WMI) service on CallCenter.genesis.local, access was denied.
Recommended action: Verify that you have access to the WMI service on
CallCenter.genesis.local.

Windows Vista error:

DPM could not identify if computert comp-name is clustered. (ID:405)

Can you please provide an explanation if possible of what you did to correct
the problem. I have been experiencing this same problem and was just
wondering what people have found fixes it.

Could you please share the details of the problem that you are facing? Have
you tried disconnected agent install?
