Hello!

On our NT4 Terminal Server with SP6 and MetaFrame 1.8, we access an
application (Navision 2.6, an accounting program) that pops an error only
when users access it via the Terminal Server.

"Could not create an instance of the OLE control or Automation server
identified by GUID={20C62CA0-101B-B9A8-444553540000}. Check that the OLE
control or automation server is correctly installed and registered."

The above error only pops up when any user (admins included) clicks on a
button in the Navision program that is supposed to bring up an email client.
Outlook Express 6 is on the Citrix Server, but Outlook is not.

What I would like to know is how does the "OLE control or Automation server"
get installed? Is it part of MDAC, ODBC, OLE, Outlook CDO, or what?

Any help is appreciated. I also posted this in the Terminal Server newsgroup
since it is related.

Thanks!

Gregg.
