MS Access ODBC driver is in-band within Win2K8.
Therefore, it is not possible to install the package for 4.00.6205.00 any
more.

But I believe the in-band version should be compatible with 4.00.6205.00.
Therefore, I think that you do not need to install 4.00.6205.00. But if you
can really find any incompatibilities between these two versions, you can
contact our Customer Support to resolve the issue. We will handle the issue
based on the impact to the customer, the cost of fixing the problem, etc.
