Connection string hell

Can somebody please point me to a concise list of keywords and values that
are available for connection strings for A) ADO providers in general and B)
SQL Server specifically?

I have searched the MSDN documentation and all I can find are the C
constants, not the stuff that actually goes into a connection string. Why is
this so hard to find?
