Is there a way to increase the command timeout for a domain data service?
Thanks.

I'm not sure, but it appears that this has nothing to do with classic
(com-based) ado, or even with ado.net.
Can you clarify why you think this is relevant for this group?

FWIW, you can only adjust the commandtimeout for a connection or command
object. if you have an ADODB connection object connected to a data service,
then just set a value for the connection's or the command's commandtimeout
property, just as you would if it was connected to a database. if the "data
service" has a timeout setting, you will need to use whatever tool is used
to administer that service to change the setting.
