UNEXPECTED ERROR (0x800700e8)

We had VB business objects in MTS calling them with
RDS from a client-side vbscript. randomly (seemingly) we get
Unexpected Error 0X800700e8 from our client-side vbscript and javascript

- Explorer 4.1
- ADO 2.1

any help could be appreciate ! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!.....

Hi,
i had the same problem. i have an active-x control that uses rds. i
referenced rds directly in the control. i would get that error
occasionally. i don't reference it anymore and just use an old-fashioned
createobject for dataspace and datafactory. it works for me

I went to suport.microsoft.com and did a search for article Q214896 and
found no hits. Could you please summarize what the article says?
