smtpsvc event id 4006

Hi,

We are regulary getting the following logged on our crm-server:

Source: smtpsvc
Category: none
Event ID: 4006
Description Message delivery to the host 'xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx' failed while
delivering to the remote domain 'domain.net' for the following reason: The
connection was dropped by the remote host.

Most e-mail works but suddenly it stops working for some e-mail. Our
smtp-server is correctly configured (it works most of the time) and when
starting to investigate this I found the following:

Can this be the problem? Can it be related to how e-mails are sent from CRM3?

Does anyone have any feedback or experience on this?

I am getting the that exact error today also, but its happening for all
external emails, internal seem to work?

We determined that we think in our case we have to add that server to the
relay server. So add the IP. The internal IT guy is working on it and testing
it. If I know something I will update this.
