All,

I just downloaded and installed linkpoint to see how it would work with
lotus notes and MS CRM. I'm able to record existing e-mails to the CRM
system but I unable to record/send e-mails using the "CRM Send". My
understanding is that this function will record and send the e-mail. Its not
doing either unless I'm misunderstanding the functionality. Would anyone
know why its not sending and recording.
