So a good practice (either in the Web client, or SFO) is to search on
Keywords usiong "wildcards". Use the asterisk ('*') for the Web client, and
the Percent ('%') for the SFO client. Putting these wildcard symbols before
your keyword allows for a much more effective search.

I thought this would be the case, unfortunately we have a rather large
account base (125k+) to search through now!
