Hi,

I have been having problems with sending email in Microsoft CRM. This is the
case with the Web client and the Outlook Client. We receive the following
error message.

"Insufficient Permissions

The logged-on user does not have the appropriate security permissions to
view these records or perform the specific action. For more information,
contact your system administrator. "

I think that we have all of the neccessary security roles.

Please can anybody help?

Cheers

Hi,

I was using crm 3.0. the resolution was to add the CRM server's IP address
to the list of servers who are allowed to relay through the exchange server.
this was done in system manager.

Thanks
