this works well for most of
our users. The handful that are having problems have the following errors in
the application event log:

1.) The description for Event ID ( 5972 ) in Source ( MSCRMAddin ) cannot be
found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or
message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able
to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and
Support for details. The following information is part of the event:
80131509, , CEmailTagger::Run, 343.

2.) The description for Event ID ( 5909 ) in Source ( MSCRMAddin ) cannot be
found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or
message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able
to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and
Support for details. The following information is part of the event:
80131509,, ,HrActiveAddin, 650.

3.) Windows saved user (username) registry while an applicaiton or service
was still using the registry during log off. The memory used by the user's
registry has nto been freed. The registry will be unloaded when it is no
longer in use.

This is often caused by services running as a user account, try configuring
the servcies to run in either hte LocalService or NetworkService account.
