How to customize Resolve Case form in CRM 1.2

On the resolve case form, default Billable Time dropdown choices run from 0
minute to 3 days. We need to add more values ex: 4 days, 5 days etc for
Billable Time field. How can I customize this form? Any help will be
appreciated.

You will have to look into SDK for this one. Out of the box customization
currently doesn't allow you to modify that value via the UI.

As a practical work-around - I would highly recommend creating a custom
picklist field at the Case entity and treat that as the billing hours so you
have total control.
