Campaign Activity - Redistribute when new member added to list

I am interested in having a campaign activity created every time I add a new
member to my marketing list.

Is this possible through the interface? If so can someone please give me
details on how to proceed? Is it possible through the SDK? I have looked at
the DistributeCampaignActivityRequest but do not think this is what I want to
use.

The AddMembersByFetchXml and AddMember message are triggered whenever a
member is added to a list (Remove messages also exist). You can use these to
automatically create a activity when a member is added.

There is one small problem with the AddMembersByFetchXml message. This
message is fired if you choose the 'add all' option in the add members
wizard. This message is not correctly registered in the CRM database, you are
allowed to attach customization steps but the message is hidden by the CRM
plugin registration tool as well a my CRM tool. You can register plugin steps
but you need to create an application for this. The MS CRM team does know
about this issue and is working on it but they have given no idea on when or
even if this is going to be changed.
