Detailed JD / Responsibility
Below is the high level JD that we are aware of.
* Stabilize, optimize, expand, on-board new users, and support existing users on Microsoft Response Center's (MSRC) Dynamics CRM 2013 On-premise production instance.
* Implement the initiatives and recommendations from 2015 Dynamics CRM Assessment.
* Exposure to Dynamics CRM Architecture and technical guidance, design, development, testing, documentation, and support
* Experience in Dynamics CRM Functional design, configuration, documentation
Data Migration for Dynamics CRM systems, templates
