You can start the opening and checking the configuration of report
server (data base , virtual directories) .
See if there is possible error or something which doesnt make sense .

does that work or what error do u get?

There is answer from your log: The report server cannot decrypt the
symmetric key used to access sensitive or encrypted data in a report
server database. You must either restore a backup key or delete all
encrypted content.

You have two options

- restore key through report server configuration UI or rskeymgmt.exe
- reinitialize database (content will be destroyed)

MICROSOFT - where are you??

Even after reinitializing with new encryption, I get the same error
message:

Setup failed to validate specified Reporting Services Report Server
http://server/reportserver. Error: The underlying connection was closed: A
connection that was expected to be kept alive was closed by the server.
