Problem with crm outlook addin

Hello!

I deploy the crm outlook addin, installation works fine for the most users
Actually, the problem comes from some pc. There's no error message, the installation seems to be ok and at the end of it the crm synchronization icon disappears. the crm toolbar never appears moverover concerning the menu on the left I just can see the menu crm title and the trash folder of dynamics crm menu

Just for precision the com+ component is enable
