Preparing for Exam MB2-632: CRM 4.0 Applications

All - I've completed the online course '8913: Applications in Microsoft
Dynamics CRM 4.0' in preparation for sitting the MB2-632 CRM 4.0 Applications
exam at the end of this week. I'm still feeling a bit under prepared though
as it isn't a real comprehensive online course (e.g., you don't get to
actually use the software in the labs but rather click through screen shots)
and I haven't taken a MS certification exam before.

You picked a doozy of an exam to get you started with cert exams...
This is the toughest one I've taken. You really need to use the
software - a lot, at a very detailed level - before you can have
reasonable expectations of passing this exam (hopefully you have a
'take it again free' voucher)... I would suggest getting your hands
on a CRM installation to practice (perhaps the online 30 day trial?),
as you really need to know the details of the OOB actions (converting
leads, activating quotes, using contracts with cases, product catalog
details, etc, etc...)
