From any other client with Win2k or XP OS I could connect to my Intranet CRM
server. But XP with Latest service pack2, the IE browser is shutting down as
soon as I provide user name and password.
Any suggestions as to how to handle this issue.
Thanks in advance.

XP SP2 has popup blockers in place, add your MSCRM Server to the unblock list
in IE. Also if you are running the Outlook client, besure to install the
Microsoft CRM client updates.

Thanks Frank.
In fact I have already tried this. Still not working. The IE screen
automatically is closing down as soon as I give the URL.

DO you have for example a google-Bar which has
also an Popup-Blocker?

No, There are no tool bars kept .We have also tried on options with the
windows firewall .Also CRM has been entered as a trusted site and the
security level has also been brought down for easier access.Apart from these

Also, try navigating directly to http://crmserver/loader.aspx. If that page
appears properly then it is a popup blocker issue.
