Jessops/Microsoft fail to deliver

Anybody else on the newsgroups had the misfortune to have won free internet
prints in the recent Microsoft Windows XP Million Dollar Bonanza promotion?
I was notified in early December by Microsoft that I had won a years free
internet printing service supplied by Jessops and that I would be contacted
by them within 10 day to arrange a suitable time for delivery. Despite three
phone calls to Microsoft (take it up with Jessops) and three calls to
Jessops, I am still waiting 10 weeks later for a confirmation that Jessops
can even find a prize never mind send it. I know that at least one other
person is also still waiting, is there anyone else out there? I did ring
Jessops today and warn them that they had til this afternoon to ring me back
with a confirmation of delivery - heard nothing. I've never won a prize that
has to prised from the prize donors!!!!!
