Try paying them online...works fine for me.
Now, if you want to talk about a ripoff cc company, try Cross Country!
If you receive a CC from them for a $350.00 limit, they instantly charge you
$100.00 to the balance!
I was offered a rate increase of another $250.00, which would cost me
another $100.00 - man, even Tony Soprano wouldn't do that!

Joseph, you are absolutely right on target with your assessment of X-C
bank.

To complain about any credit card company:

Go to: www.ripoffreport.com

and you will find many such complaints.

or try www.planetfeedback.com

Yeah - how nice of them to *offer* you such a generous credit line and
then charge you for it!

What a wonderful bank!

Cheers,

Donna
