Well it is the holiday season but it looks like some companies may be taking
advantage of consumers. Apparently there is an issue with a few companies
who own shopping malls offering gift cards that are backed by American
Express and Visa. It looks like the problem is if the gift cards purchased
are not used within a year monthly service charges are deducted. If you
