Erro in SampleDataImport - CS2007 - Windows XP

After installation of CS2007 in Windows XP SP2, I´m getting this error when
try to import data do StarterSite in CS2007:

C:\Aldo\CS2007\StarterSite>sampledataimport.exe c:\inetpub\wwwroot\startersite
Loading data into site: StarterSite

Connecting to Catalog system: Done.
Connecting to Orders system: Done.
Connecting to Marketing system: Done.
Adding the user BMFSEDE\p-awojciechowski to AzMan policy files:
