Fatal Error when Installing Commerce Server Client Tools

Hi,

I'm installing Commerce Server on a Windows 2008 Server (x64). it already
has SharePoint enterprise and SQL Server Enterprise installed.

When I go to install, it says "the following platform components failed to
install and will need to be manuallyinstalled before setup can proceed:
Commerce server Client Tools: Fatal Error during Installation.

It then says to check the log. It has the these entries in the last few
entries:

Client Tools -- Error 1309. Error attempting to open the source file:

The detailed log has:

Hi Ron,
You won't get much response here. This forum has moved to
http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/commserver2009/threads or the
appropriate link for Cs2007
As you know CS2009 is a two tier installation. You have to install the
complete options for CS2007 including the Client tools and then do the
complete CS2009 installation. You cannot install the client tools later on
the machine, if you have installed CS2009.
But we can discuss further on the forum
