Can't find Commerce Server resources in Visual Studio

We've just installed a development version of Commerce Server 2007 on my
workstation here, and I'm having trouble finding the Commerce Server web app
template in Visual Studio.

When I attempt to create a new project, I can't find the Commerce VB ASP.NET
Web App template or the Commerce C# ASP.NET Web App template installed on the
computer. Is there an additional installation step involved here other than
just installing Commerce Server on my machine?

Use the Starter Site for Commerce Server. This will give you a good starting
point.
