Position: Sales force Admin
Location: San Francisco, CA
Duration: 6 Months

Job Description:

A salesforce.com analyst is a detail-oriented person who possesses excellent communication skills and the ability to drive decisions and projects to completion. The ideal candidate has experience managing multiple concurrent tasks in a cross-functional organization, enjoys working in a dynamic and collaborative environment. In addition, the ideal candidate excels under pressure, and is skilled at evaluating data, utilizing best practices, and identifying processes to improve/automate.

Following are the high level responsibilities but not limited to:
• Subject matter expert for salesforce.com Platform, particularly around user support and user maintenance with a specialty in Sales cloud
• Troubleshoot end user questions around sales force deployment
• Review and approve all sales related configuration changes to internal salesforce.com app and work with IT CAS team to ensure it is executed accurately
• Management and implementation of the Sales role hierarchy and Sharing rules
• Ability to use data loader to load files, convert from Excel, Workbench etc.

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Previous 3+ Years of Salesforce.com advanced administration experience with a minimum 1000-seat environment handling all aspects of CRM
• Individual should be customer-centric, and used to interacting directly with end users and business owners, with a focus on delivering a great experience for internal customers.
• Demonstrated understanding of Salesforce.com platform and services including SFA, Case Management, forecasting and customizable Forecasting, Account and Opportunities Objects, TEAM assignments, Force.com, Role Hierarchy, Profile Management, Visual Force and/or App Exchange Must have experience with Dataloader, Workbench; intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
ADM 201/301 Salesforce Certified Admin is must

• Must have business process expertise in Sales Methodology, and how Territories are aligned during fiscal year planning, accounts and Opportunities movements, Forecasting, Reports, Dash Board Analytics
• Strong team player with service-oriented attitude and customer focus
• Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to be creative, versatile, efficient, and flexible while maintaining a positive attitude; learns quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Must be a go-getter and salesforce.com enthusiast who thrives on working in fast-paced environment
• Analysis, troubleshooting, and problem solving expertise
• Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate issues
• Detailed, organized, and results oriented
• Ability to juggle multiple projects & tasks and successfully prioritize and deliver results in the face of competing business interests
• Exceptional analytical skills, independent problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deliverable deadlines amidst changing requirements, deadlines, and priorities.
• Strong drive for results and continuous improvement.
• Generate new ideas to streamline and simplify processes
