Upgrading of Businees Desk in Commercer Server 2002

I have installed Commerce Server 2002 along with Windows Server 2003 and
after exploding the retail pup file and set up my bizdesk. I now receive an
error message when I go to Catalogs> Catalog Editor.
I get a message that says that Script Error 0x889800BD. - Custom cataloga
are not supported in the version.
Although I have Commerce Server 2002 installed the Business Desk is 2000.
How do I resolve this proble.??
Is there and upgrade I can install to upgrade the bizdesk application.
