Error Code: 800C0008

Hi, can you help me with this?

Using bizdesk for the retail site I am trying to add a new group to the User
Object.
Steps:
View User Object ( in Profile Designer )
Add
Add a new group
OK
Save (click disk icon)
Msgbox: A VBScript error occurred.
The server cannot be reached. Please contact the system
administrator. Error Code: 800C0008

I am running CS2K with sp2. I am able to change other properties in other
groups of the user object.
Is this a bug? Is there a work around?

Make sure you have latst MDAC version, and XML3.0 in side by side mode
