在win7, xp上无法用远程桌面登陆win 2003,但可以在win 2008上使用相同的用户,远程桌面登陆win 2003

公司总部给了我一个ghost的镜像文件,要求我用此文件恢复一批windows 2003
现在我发现,在win 7,winxp上无法使用mstsc登陆这批windows 2003, windows 2003的提示信息如下:

我认为,这个问题与权限无关,因为:
1.这批服务器没有加入域的时候,远程桌面登陆是黑屏,但加入域后,就可以登录了.(但还有时会有黑屏)
2.我的客户端是win7或者winXP,使用administrator无法登陆,但客户端是windows
server 2008,使用相同的账号就可以登录.

现在我将时区由印度改成中国,并设置为自动更新后,就可以远程登录了.但不知道为什么.

客户端 Windows 的 Administrator 默认是禁用的，而服务器 Windows 默认是启用的，这可能存在差异。

是否确定问题与时区设置有关？改为其它时区是否可以登录？
