preventable.. neglecting this .. offend the basic values of our state of
mind. We have a responsibility, as adults, to provide safe settings for
at-risk children and facilitate permanent placement for children who cannot
return home. Many have been a victim of child abuse in their homes or in the
hostel. They grow up to be imbalanced and confused emotionally.. as its been
suppressed for years.. The only reason why child abuse is alive today, is
because we as adults have failed to break the silence and also fail our
