VSS File incrementally Backup with IVssComponent->AddPartialFile ?

Hi all，
I am programing with Volume Shadow Copy Service. Is there anyone knows how
to use IVssComponent->AddPartialFile? I use IVSSBackupComponents to back up
files, and defined a customed writer. Full back up is OK, but how to back up
incrementally? How to know 'wszRanges' and 'bstrMetadata' when use
IVssComponent->AddPartialFile to get the files need to be backed up
incrementally. whether should I have to use system's writer or not? If yes,
which one ?
