DataGridView怎么更新数据源

大家好我是新手，VS2008自带了SQL2005，我从数据源那边连接了SQL，然后在窗体上有一个DataGridView，我是直接从数据源把表拖到DataGridView上面绑定，DataGridView可以显示我数据库里面的表，但是我不知道怎么在我编辑DataGridView后把它更新到SQL？我以为绑定了，所做的修改应该直接更新到SQL了。
