Code 80070005 problem while doing Windows Vista Updates & Windows

Hi,

Everytime I try to install the update on my computer (Which is belive the
update might be for Service Pack 2) it gives me code 80070005 failure. How
can I fix this? Would this be the reason, when I log in to MSN it shuts down
right logging in due to Windows communication platform error..... please help
me.
