I need to know if it is it legal to use the Microsoft Clip Art on your site,
put it on a t-shirt then sell the t-shirt? I wasn't sure if it was free or i
need to purchase some kind of license. If so, how do I go about the process?
Thanks.

Speaking of which, does anyone know where there are some good sites that do
provide legal free clip art for use on websites?

Does anyone know where I can obtain some legal free photo's?

With thanks

Nope. Microsofts clip-art is copyrighted. Usually (at least it's on mine) it
tells you right in the manual that the images are not to be sold or used for
business purposes with the exception of making business cards and things
like that. Selling T-shirts is a definite copyright infringement. Sorry.
