I have tried to resolve this problem having read many forums and websites,
but still cannot get clip art to work.

There is some history behind this...
I use to use Office 97 with not problem and clipart was fine. I upgraded to
Office 2000 (again no problem) then Office 2003, at which point clipart
stopped working.

Now I made do with this as I have a laptop that had Office and clip art
worked just fine.

I have now upgraded to Office 2007 (student version) with the hope that clip
art start working again. But nope, nothing happening!

I have tried the suggestions listed in this forum and tried reinstalling the
Jet engine and MDAC enginees but still no luck. When I run Systeminfo clipart
does not seem to tbe listed in the OLE registration.

When searching for the error in the subject of this question, there does not
seem to be anything anywhere that identifies this as an error related to clip
organizer.

Any help with this would greatfully accepted.

Office 2003 and 2000 uses two different clip art catalogs. You may have to use
the Clip Art Gallery as a standalone application if it is still installed. Drag
the CAG icon to your desktop, you won't be able to insert from the Gallery, but
you can drag and drop. Find the ARTGALRY.EXE file, double-click it. It is in a
folder similar to this:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\ARTGALRY

Have you tried the *Detect and Repair* in the Organizer Help menu? Have you
renamed the MStore10.mgc file to MStore10.old?

What OS are you using?
The MStore10.mgc is in a folder similar to this: (Hidden)
C:\Users\<<user>>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Clip Organizer (Vista)
or XP
C:\Documents and Settings\<<user>>\Application Data\Microsoft\Clip Organizer

Take a look at this article, it could be helpful especially if you have done
some upgrading.
You may receive error code 0x80004005 or other error codes when you try to start
a Windows XP-based computer
