How do I import my mail and contacts from Outlook into Outlook Express.

Is Outlook also installed on the target computer?

Your headers (Microsoft Outlook Express 6.00.2900.2180) tell us that you're
running outdated and much less secure versions of OE, IE, and Windows XP.
Check-in at Windows Update ASAP!
