Forwarding Web Page

I cannot forward a web page using Outlook Express. When I go to FILE
& SEND BY EMAIL the option is not highlighted & therefore I cannot send
it via email. Please assist. Thanks

Your headers (Microsoft Windows Mail 6.0.6002.18005) tell us that you're not
running Outlook Express in the first place but Windows Mail in Vista SP2.
What's up with that?
