CAN ANYONE HELP PLEASE

Hello All,
My problem is that in Windows Office 2000, on the menu bar the "Insert"
is gone, it used to live between "Edit" and "View".
Does anyone know how to get it back or why it left?

Hi there.....
Try this......right click on the tool bar and click "customize", then click
on the commands tab and the insert button should be there, click on the
insert button and drag it to your tool bar and close the box.
This should do it.
