Hi, can someone tell me if the exam 70-216, which is now replaced by
70-291 in the 2003 courses, can somehow be used for the mcse 2003
certifcation ?

It cannot. While the Windows 2000 Professional PS exam (70-210) may be used
as well as several of the elective options the core exams like 70-216 may
not be used to apply against the MCSE on Windows 2003.
