Need Help Logon information not working on MCA Candidate portal

I need to find out who to contact to fix my MCA Portal candidate information.
I call the EPP helpdesk and they said they can't find my info!! I have all
the e-mails from the MCA program showing that I was accepted and paid the MCA
fee.

I am trying to submit my final white paper and presentation so I can
schedule my board exam.

Who in the MCA program can help me, because the EPP helpdesk is pretty much
useless.
