terminal server on windows 2008 SBS Premium edition

Hi,

I've a client which has a windows 2008 Premium edition installed on one
serveur.
This client is interested in the terminal features available in windows
2008 SBS Premium.
To use these features, is it mandatory to install a second server with the
second windows 2008 license included or is it possible to install the
terminal features on the same server ?
I thouht of Hyper V but I guess that 10 users on a virtual server installed
on a standard server will be the hell for the server...

Do you have any suggestions to make my client happy (and me by the way :-) )
?
