Hi, there.

I need help with Skype, just can't seem to connect when trying to create an
account. The response is always " check your administrator or log in 2
minutes later. I've tried all the help tips on the Skype website and I still
can't seem to get help. I've the latest Skpe software and still, I can't
register an account.

Please help, or refer me to someone relevant.
