ASP.NET 2.0.50727.0 e CM_Agent

Trabalho utilizando uma aplicação que integra com um discador. Esta aplicação
está apresentando no event viewer do servidor os erros descritos acima
constantemente travando e derrubando a aplicação.
Alguém pode me ajudar na solução?
